Relief from Cold and Cough
Use: Shardi powder contains ingredients such as Jyesthimadhu, Bans Kapur and Khadi Shakkar which are used in Ayurveda for effective treatment of cough and cold. It can be consumed with honey which differs it from the general cough syrups.
Ingredients: Khadi shakkar, Bans kapur, Piper, Elaichi, Taj and Jyesthimadhu.
Dosage: One measure (4g) of powder with honey three times a day for adults. For all between age 10-15 years and above 70 years, half measure (2g) three times a day with honey or milk.
